Privacy and Data Protection

I use your data to provide and improve the service. By using the service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. I collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve my service to you. If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, please contact us on 07735056397. This policy is effective as of 30th June 2019.

Types of Data Collected:

Personal Data

While using my service, I may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you ("Personal Data"). Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

  • Email address

  • First name and last name

  • Cookies and Usage Data

Electronic storage of your data

My phone is only accessible to me and has a security pin, so if lost or stolen, data cannot be accessed. I do my best to keep my phone as safe as possible. Your phone number will be stored on my mobile phone and nowhere else. Any text messages will be kept if relevant for up to 1 year of receiving.

My laptop is password protected, has up to date security software and is only accessed by me. I do keep copies of invoices to you on my laptop. These remain here as long as needed as required by the tax authorities and are deleted afterwards. I keep any email correspondence on my laptop using servers of email providers like outlook.com for up to 1 year of receiving if they are relevant. If they no longer seem relevant, they will be deleted.

Written records

I will keep any notes I have made in our sessions. These brief notes contain some (but not all) of things you may have told me and my responses. The only personal details contained is your name. These notes are available for your viewing on request. They are only accessible to me, and are kept on my person or stored in a folder in a locked filing cabinet in my secure home. If a court of law requires me to show my notes I would need to do so. I would make you aware of this. I have a diary which contains your name on the day of our first meeting. Then any reference to you after this is by initials. The diary is kept as safe as I possibly can and is only accessible to me. It is kept on my person or in a locked filing cabinet in my secure home.
