S.A.D (Seasonal Affective Disorder) , Can we make it less bad
Seasonal Affective Disorder , there has been so much research on wheather it exists . My personal opinion is it does , from experience I know my mood dips in winter . Is it due to lack to lack of sun , lack of motivation , personal circumstances I think all 3.
I have made changes for the last 2 winters which have made it bearable . I have invested in a light box which provide some natural light , I take vitamin D during the winter months , placebo or not it has helped . Sport and Talk will add to improvement during the winter months giving me a focus interacting with others. Planning in my diary helps giving you something to look forward too .
