Autism and Experian

Updated: Jul 21, 2019

I have recently worked with a woman with an autism diagnosis , she had managed to get into some debt whilst being in longer standing debts. These well known cards , do not talk to you in person they go on what you say on the internet. It is far to easy to obtain credit.

This is why people are getting into debt , with little understanding of the consequences PLEASE BEWARE.

I rang one of these cards on her behalf as she was very stressed , I am glad i did as we negotiated a good outcome.

I however found this interesting fact .... If you tell Experian you have a diagnosis of Autism or any mental health disorder , they can put a red flag on the system . This means to get a credit card you will have to talk to an actual person.
